Section: Apple News , Updates , Software + Apps , Web Apple has quietly updated their start page this week. If you’ll remember, the start page is the first page Safari users see when they boot up the browser for the first time before they set their own home page. As typical with Apple, the web page is both elegant and useful, with links to new products, movie trailers, and hot news headlines. Although this page’s goal is obviously to glorify Apple and their products, Apple has managed to cover that up with usefulness. On the bottom of this page is a very sleek iTunes Store grid titled “iTunes this week” which does just that; it highlights the popular albums, songs, apps, movies, etc from this week. As usual, it is beautifully designed and contains sharp graphics and nice transitions. If you have some free time, go and check the new design out, it is pretty interesting and can be very helpful if you want to see what Apple has been up to lately.
